Hiking can take you anywhere and it’s one of my favorite ways to explore the world. From trekking in Nepal to exploring Oman or hiking in Spain, I’ve been fortunate to explore places all over the globe on my own two feet. Hiking can transform even the most unlikely women. Read my hiking for beginners guide and seek out your first trails. My top advice is to find some buddies for the trails. You’ll never look back!
