Life is what you make of it. You can sweat the small stuff or opt for self-care and a healthy lifestyle. Start looking after yourself properly and everything else will be just a little bit easier. Talk a walk, eat healthy food and try to get a good night’s sleep. It’s not going to solve all your problems but avoiding self-sabotage and adopting a more positive attitude will help.
